What is Fleet
Fleet is a free app that runs coding-agent sessions from Claude Code, OpenCode, GitHub Copilot and Pi side by side, each in its own git worktree, with review, the running app and pull requests beside the chat.
Fleet is one app that runs your coding-agent sessions. It runs Claude Code, OpenCode 1 and 2, GitHub Copilot and Pi side by side, and gives each session its own branch in its own git worktree. Review, the running app and the pull request sit beside the chat.
Fleet is free. You bring your own harness and your own model keys.
What you get
Section titled “What you get”- A session list across all your repositories. You can see which sessions are working and which need you.
- A worktree per session. Sessions never step on each other, or on your checkout.
- Review beside the chat. The Changes tab lists every file a session touched, with a diff one click away.
- The running app. The Browser tab runs the session’s dev server and shows the page next to the conversation.
- The pull request. The issue a session started from, the pull request it opened, its checks and its review threads, kept fresh from GitHub.
- A terminal in the session’s worktree, and a command palette (Ctrl+K).
- Your phone. Open Fleet from your phone over your own Tailscale network.
Fleet runs on your machine, at http://127.0.0.1:6262, as a desktop app or from a terminal.
What changes when you switch harness
Section titled “What changes when you switch harness”A harness is the coding tool that does the work in a session. Pick one each time you start a session.
What stays the same: the session list, the worktree, the review panel, the terminal and the pull request view.
What changes is what the harness itself can do. Only some can fork a session, run subagents as sessions of their own, take a steering message mid-turn, run workflows or show an agent picker. What works where lists it all.
